Refund Policy at Confident Queen Club:

CQC is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with Confident Queen Club.

Due to the nature of our services and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase. This refund policy is not relevant to day-specific events.

Depending upon the date of refund request, refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Programs costing below Rs. 25,000

Within 24 hours of payment: Full Refund
Between 1–7 days of payment: 5% of paid amount will be deducted as “Refund Processing Charges”
After 7 days of payment: No Refund

* Refund Processing Charge accounts for payment gateway and other administrative charges.

Programs costing above Rs. 25,000

Within 24 hours of payment: Full Refund
Between 1 day to 3 months of payment: Pro-rata refund as per the program timeline
After 3 months of payment: No Refund

** Pro-rata refund as per the program timeline – if program duration is 12 months and refund is requested at 3 months, 25% of the paid amount will be deducted.

Refund will reflect back in your original payment method within 10–15 working days of making refund request.
